Not, repeat, not solid wood.

Would Not Recommend

The only piece that’s solid wood is the top. The rest of it is particle board with a low pressure laminate finish, not a veneer as claimed. The laminate on my unit has a half dollar size piece that peeled off.

It 's very nice looking and it should be easy to assemble. However, there was a serious crack in the main section, which had to have occurred before the item was packed. I returned the item.
