Freight Damage
I haven't opened all the boxes yet as the installation is set for the week of 1/20/2026, however, there was obvious damage to one panel so far. the damage is to the mounting flange on the top corner. I believe this unit is still useable, as the damage can be hidden behind sheetrock. I would like to point out, when I spend 4,600 bucks on a shower stall, I expect it to arrive unmolested and in pristine condition. I shouldn't have to "MAKE IT WORK". I will make a rating decision after the install ...

Faulty mixer valve-had to buy a new one
