What Customers Are Saying

Customers overwhelmingly praise the shower for its solid, heavy-duty construction and ease of installation. Most highlight the walk-in design, three heavy grab bars, and built-in seat as transformative safety features, particularly for seniors and those with mobility concerns. Reviewers consistently describe the unit as beautiful and well-engineered, with clear instructions and pre-assembled components making setup straightforward. Some note the seat feels narrow and a few mention panel gaps or limited door compatibility, but these minor issues do not diminish overall satisfaction. Most customers consider it a worthwhile upgrade that enhances both safety and bathroom aesthetics.

Lowe’s doesn’t stand behind what they sell

Would Not Recommend

Bought this shower enclosure for $2,924.00 with satin nickel finish on the hardware. After we had the enclosure installed. The installer opened the box for the shower doors and saw that the towel bar was black instead of satin nickel. We took the towel bar back to Lowe’s asking them to exchange it for a satin nickel one. We were told that they could not help us and that we needed to contact the manufacturer ourselves, and uninstall, and return the whole enclosure to have it exchanged just to get...

Great Product & Support!!!

Would Recommend

The Almedia 4 -Piece shower kit came in great shape, well packaged. Well constructed and easily enough to handle by one person except for setting the base; definitely need two for that. Product installed beautifully. Door kit is of high quality glass, framing is very sturdy and operates extremely smooth. Had a question for Laurel Mountain support and received a speedy response and fast action. Couldn't be happier with the whole product/project/experience!!!

Customer Service

Would Recommend

Shower was good quality, door are a little funky but okay. My issue was with Customer Service at Lowe's and thank goodness it was a little issue and not something major. The towel rack provide was not the correct color (black not brushed nickel). Lowe's should have handled it. There advise was to return the whole item or to call the manufacturer . Laurel Mountain was spot on and the phone call was less than 3 minutes. I was on a chat with Lowes for over 45 minutes.
