Predrill a small hole & use wood glue if splitting
While working on a bathroom remodel I discovered that the wall studs were not flush with one another! These strips were the same width as a 2x4 and worked perfectly as shims to create a level wall surface for my tile backer board system.

Straight, quality boards; ok quality control
I actually purchased these pine lattice boards to create a molding accent wall. Out of 12 boards I ordered for pickup, 1 was misshapen with a notch cut out midway. After nailing, painting, and caulking the final result was great! I recommend using these boards to anyone else interested in creating an accent wall in conjunction with the existing baseboards in their home because the 1/4" width of these rests nicely on top of most traditional baseboards.

The wood lattice mouldings were definitely made of wood, and had that wonderful wood smell. They seemed to be the correct measurements, although I won’t lie, I didn’t measure to be absolutely positive. They cut well, but they did crack a little when we placed a screw into the moulding. Overall, 8/10, wood buy again. (I think I’m funny)
