LaHabra Fastwall stucco base sanded one coat is a factory controlled high-quality blend of Portland cement, lime, fibers, proprietary additives and ASTM C144 sand that conforms to ASTM C926. Factory-blended mix that requires only the addition of water. Fastwall stucco base sanded one coat can be used over concrete, masonry and lath. Sand is already added to the product for proper mix ratio.
