Came defective/damaged
The product came damaged. It would not flatten or expand as a mattress should. I had to drive 35 miles just to return the mattress - and the customer service representative spoke to me with a rude tone. I’ll never buy any mattresses from Lowe’s again.

Lucid 10" Firm Queen Gel Foam Mattress Too Soft
Main reason we purchased this bed was my wife loved it during a long stay at a friend's home. It can be very comfortable for side and back sleepers.The Lucid CC 10" queen surecool firm gel mattress we purchased is much too soft for me, my wife really enjoys this mattress. When you first lay on the mattress, the foam gives way lacking firmness I expected and accustomed too. Another concern I have, the mattress edges are lacking support. Sleeping inward towards center is very comfortable.
