Ok. Could be better.

I’d give this a 3.5 rating if I could. The back of the refrigerator keeps freezing stuff. I have to be very mindful what I store back there. Temp is set at 37 degrees. Kind of afraid to raise it. The two smaller door shelves, in my opinion, should be arranged at the top, with the bigger shelves following. Can’t arrange them like that on my own because the slots don’t accommodate. Space is good, just gotta be good at organizing to maximize.

Very satisfied

We chose this model for its counter depth features for our small kitchen remodel. The interior volume is larger than our previous regular depth single door model. The left door with no outside water dispenser allows greater interior door storage capacity while placing a cold water dispenser located interior wise with a flush access taking up no extra space. Beautiful design and function. Spacious enough for a family of four and we love it so far.

Great fridge so far

Great fridge. Love the "cheese drawer" being the width of the fridge. Also love the alarm that goes off if fridge or freezer are open too long. Did quite a bit of research before buying; this model seems like a winner.

This refrigerator will NOT last! Pick any other brand. The freezer is faulty. Read all the other negative reviews to get honest opinions. They will say the same. The dang door won’t open at all, leaving your family without food access. But don’t worry if you call LG customer service. They will have you do the unpaid work of calling service technicians that won’t even service your fridge for $100’s of dollars because they aren’t local enough or they ain’t authorized to work on LG appliances. Great Fridge!!!

I bought this fridge back in 2022, and I must I have been very pleased with my purchase. It is a well built appliance, ample space to store produce. The only suggestion I would like to make is for the freezer can be more spacious to store meats and frozen goods.

Junk, terrible junk

Precisely 1 year and 27 days after this fridge was delivered to my house, the freezer started to randomly stop working, then refreeze itself again in cycles, this is to the point where the runners for the bottom drawer froze solid shut. It was an FS F5 error for a temp sensor, which since it was a few days out of warranty was no covered. This thing is junk.
