Love the refrigerator if support was better
Purchased the refrigerator around 5 years ago. 3 years ago the bottom ice maker started making a banging noise when it dumped a tray of ice. Had it repaired by a recommended service company, Jim's Appliance in Inman, Kansas. 1 year and 1 day later, a day after the warranty ran out, it started doing the same thing. Neither LG or Jim's would do anything about it. I won't by an LG appliance again. I did find out there's a FB group called LG Sucks which has similar complaints.
Not worth the money
The opening is fairly narrow due to the 'space saving' design. Shelves are not fully customizable, so I can't get the incremental clearance I want. The bottom drawer doesn't fully open because it slides back to a low-point. Very easily scratches with something as simple as a magnet. Pretty terrible product overall.
