Slates falls off
The hooks are not designed properly to hang the slates. The slates are coming out when I move them

Cheaply made and will not last
We have had slat after slat break on these trim & got blinds. The headrail handle has now broken just from regular use. I would not recommend this to anyone. It is very poorly made.
Ordered 3 identical, all cut wrong & various sizes
So, I carefully measured our three identical bedroom windows and drew up a proper drawing with all dimensions professionally noted. We arrived at Lowe's which is a 45 minute ride from our home. And after asking for assistance, it took another 20 minutes for someone to show up. Gave them our measurement sheet, made sure the guy at the cutting machine understood it and went shopping for other stuff in the store as he said it would take a while. We returned only to find only 1 set had been cut. Ha...
