Making some plant covers, these work great. They slip right onto the PVC pipe.

Did the job just fine

I used these elbows to construct a box of the same proportions as that which escaped slave Henry "Box" Brown used to ship himself from bondage in Richmond, Virginia to freedom in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1859. Everyone else who needs to make such a replica should consider this product. -1 star because some of the outlets were noticeably less snug around the pipes than the others.
