This door is total garbage! The auto close feature stops working after 6 months. There is only (1) setting and if the wind blows it shut, the internal plunger blows out. Now it’s scrap metal!
Unreliable Service
Out of 2 doors to be picked up, 1 was damaged. It was hidden on a hand truck and brought out to my vehicle anyway, as if I wouldn't notice? Poor service by Lowe's. Waiting for a replacement. The OTHER door is Great!

Quality door and components. Install was straight forward. I would recommend 2 people when handling the door. I would also recommend drilling pilot holes for all screws.

Awful customer service
Purchased this door on June 4, scheduled install only to have install canceled the day of the scheduled install, causing me to miss work. Could not get a substitute install date until July 17…. Needless to say I returned it. They had no interest in me after the purchase was made.

A beautiful, highly functional door
Love that you can stop the door midway by a simple tap of your foot. Love how it seals so tightly keeping the outdoor weather outside. It has made a big difference in the overall ambiance of the house.
