L.J. Smith Stair Systems 4.5-in x 6.5-in Unfinished Red oak Oval Rosette

Dishonest description

You absolutely cannot use finish nails with these, which I found out the hard way when the finish nails not only refused to go all the way through, but wouldn't come out when I tried to pull them back out. I have no idea what they do to these because I actually ripped the head off a nail trying to get it out and had to just give up and throw the whole thing out and go buy another one. And I'll have to glue it to the wall I guess. I'm not happy about it.

As always it fit my project.

Just the thing

Bought this to build a paper towel holder, and teach my grandson a wood working lesson. This was the perfect pre-sized and sanded piece for the job. The price was very fair, too.

Looks good up against our new railing system. Stained easily and looks to be holding up well.

We purchased this to add an additional Banister to our stairs. It looks great. It’s not completely done yet but it’s a great work in progress!
