The product is well-engineered. Consistency in wood grain and density leaves much to be desired: darker, denser wood grain looks good and holds up to handling well; lighter, less dense wide grain wood is dented easily when handled before shipping. Never rec'd both posts. FEDEX lost in transit. I had to call Lowes after they told me it was lost. DA Lowes was helpful in refund processing but this experience was terrible . I would recommend this product but pick it up at store and don"t let FedEx mess it up
