It's OK
Programming instructions kinda suck. CS waste of time. I tried for a bit to add additional users, never worked. Gave up.... about to return. Arrrrr. To the person or group who writes the instructions do you actually do what you wrote???

Decent lock, but over priced
Product worked well but i was able to find a lock that had WiFi, allowed tracking entry codes, temporary codes (contractor codes), and was compatible with Alexa smart home for half the price. For someone who just wants keyless entry, this is a decent lock.

Always locked
Love the look of this door knob. Only problem is you cannot bypass code so the door can be unlocked for guest to open from the outside, always have to punch code in.
