Inside handle couldn’t be reversed
I needed a keyless lock for my pool house so I picked up this one because I knew I could rekey it to my regular house key. Installation was fairly easy except the handle on the inner side wasn’t reversible. Other than that, it works just fine.

I got this lock for my bedroom at my house, and last night I was entering my code, but it wouldn't open and said the passcode was wrong. It locked me out of my room and I had to hire a locksmith to pry it off of my door, which in the end cost even more than how expensive this door handle already was. The programming on these are not the best and are severely expensive for no good reason.

Decent lock, but over priced
Product worked well but i was able to find a lock that had WiFi, allowed tracking entry codes, temporary codes (contractor codes), and was compatible with Alexa smart home for half the price. For someone who just wants keyless entry, this is a decent lock.
