Awesome, 3 plus years and going strong

Nice Lock. I have had for a couple years. Works great with the Samsung Smart things. I have unlocked it from 1,000 plus miles away from my home when I needed to let someone in, and relocked it. My biggest complaint about the lock is that it goes through batteries kind of Fast. I used 4 AA Kirkland Batteries. In order to change the batteries I have to 3 screws to take the plate off. Hopefully the newer designs have fixed this for quicker battery changes. Overall great because the rest of my...

Product Reliability and Lack of Environmental Spec

I purchased your product for my new garage this summer, and initially, it worked perfectly. It integrated well with my Home Assistant setup, and I was pleased with its functionality. However, when winter arrived, the device started failing to detect when the garage door is closed. While it still operates, this detection issue compromises its usefulness. One of the main reasons I chose Zigbee was the ability to set up a warning light when the door is left unlocked, but this feature is now unrelia...

So easy and looks fabulous!

Would Recommend

I bought this over the weekend. The installation was crazy easy. I was totally not expecting it to be that easy. It has a very smooth open & close of the lock. I love the soft beeps that it makes when a code is entered and I feel that my house is much more secure that it was with my 20+ year old deadbolt that was on the house. I will be curious to see how long the battery life is, but I love the look, style and security functions of it. A big Thank You to KwikSet. I have always been a big...

The lock itself is great but I could not get it to work with Alexa. The z-wave app and all of the kwikset apps did not work. Any advice?
