Kwikset Signature Series Juno Antique Brass Exterior Single-Cylinder Deadbolt and Keyed Entry Door Knob Combo Pack

Wrong size latch assembly in pkg

Kwikset has horrible CS and QC. A man who did security and locks in the Military spent 4 hours trying everything he knew to install this set. Handle was easy, deadbolt was over 3.5 hours. The set replaced an existing Kwikset. After over a month trying to call and email, I’ve finally gotten through and asked for a response on the original case from 5 weeks ago. Rusting

Works good but rusting in two years. Surprised that an exterior door lock would rust, especially that fast.

Kwikset has changed

Door knob bolts difficult to line up and secure. Sticking with Schlage from now on.

Professional installer

Door locks

Great sturdy product and the smart key feature allows us to rekey other keys to match

Mixed bag

Nice lock set, with two problems: Design - screw heads that secure the Juno handset are two small, they can slip through the handset screw holes at certain angles. Thus, if the screws loosen, the handset may work free of the screw head attachments with use. Parts - no drive-in collar provided for the deadbolt latch. Thus, you have to mortise the latch plate. NOT QUICK AND EASY. Cheap-out by Kwikset!
