Good product
Great product, relatively easy to install but must be cautious to ensure there is no friction on the bolt whatsoever. Otherwise, there will be challenges with remote open/close operation. Door jam striker must be located precisely in the middle of the bolt travel.

Our new home came with this lock as an upgrade. At first I was impressed since it was the first time having this type of lock. The headache started when trying to setup the 4-digit code. It was very difficult and searching online for videos wasn't easy because of the amount of different models available. Fantastic door lock
I bought and installed this lock in early December 2024. It is now June 2025 and I am on the same set of batteries. It is still reporting 35% battery life remaining. My old Wifi connected deadbolt would eat through batteries in just a month, or 6 weeks at most. It was the same brand, but the wifi just killed it. Highly recommend this lock if you don't want to mess with batteries all the time.
