It really does fuse to plastic.
It really does fuse to plastic. In this case, the plastic is a 20 year-old GPS antenna mount that is mounted on a boat. It had become discolored and looked old, but it was physically sound. I removed it from the boat, disassembled it, and cleaned it thoroughly with detergent and bleach before I sprayed it with 3 coats of Krylon Fusion Satin Bright spray paint and primer. After 3 days, I reassembled it. The parts did not stick together. After remounting it on the boat, I was able to loosen ...
