snowflake light color and packing of items in box
snowflake is not a warm white! came in generic box with hanging string outside of box. it was dirty and hanger broken off. when I picked up at store thought it was to carry box, but it was one piece hanging out so carried box normally. today opened to hang and lights had blue tint and the string was broke . am on my way back to store to return.

Bright Snowflake
This snowflake is very bright and pretty. Can be seen from a distance and with true blue and white color. I would highly recommend. You would not be disappointed to hang from a window, porch or from your house .

Many of the bulbs on my snowflake shine only about half as brightly as they should, Can i fix this? Do I need to replace the whole thing?
