Good Saw Overall

I’ve had mine for several years and have taken down and cleared many trees. I have a 2.0 and a 2.5 aH battery to swap if needed. My only complaint is that the chain tensioning screw seems to have stripped. I can no longer tighten my chain. It’s out of warranty, so I guess I’ll dig into it myself to see if it’s repairable.

Needed something to keep in my truck when I travel to our property. Always have some type of downed trees or limbs. My niece and cousin used it for our work weekend. One is 19 the other is 12. So easy to use!!

Worked for an hour or so

This worked really well until it just stopped working. Cut one small tree down and the start button is lit up and it clicks over when engaging the trigger, but just won’t work. Kobalt seems to be having issues with motors burning out lately, as a long time kobalt guy this is disappointment.
