No key

Nice rolling tool box that looks good and works well. However, the associates forgot to give us the key to the unit. Evidently mailing the key to us was not possible. We were told, "I don't know how I could make that happen" Really? Maybe with an envelope and a stamp? They offered for us to drive over an hour to pick up a key, or return this huge rolling toolbox and re-order. No thank you.

Kobalt Pink Work Bench. Good but came with damage

Overall, the product seems and feels sturdy. The drawers open and close nicely and the overall finish appears of good quality. The wood top could be thicker but should work out fine. However, there was some cosmetic damage on the back at the bottom along with a couple other spots where something has hit the inside and outside of the cabinet causing a dent and a protruding spot. Not a deal breaker but for over $400 after tax I would hope to get a damage free product. I’d return for another one if...

I was told that when they delivered the toolbox that they put it together. Well they don’t!!! If I had known that I would have picked it up my self and saved 79.00 . Disappointed in that. But it’s cute
