Kobalt Toolbox

I purchased this tool chest along with a second piece that goes at the bottom. The bottom piece arrived with no issues. The top piece is defective. Three drawers are pretty much stuck. I have to rip it open and close it to use the drawer. I don't have the cardboard box, so I'm not sure what to do with the defective product. I already tried calling customer service, and they didn't do much for me. At the very least, I'd like you to send me new drawer rails. If possible, I'd like to exchange my pr...

Product is very nice for the price. Packaging was excellent. It was were delivered on time with no damage to the tool box inside.

Top Chest

My review is more about the great customer service by the employee that helped me pick up my purchase. He did everything without asking realizing that my physical condition somewhat limits my abilities these days. From placing it in my truck to laying it down so I could utilize my bed cover. He then closed my tailgate and re-hooked my bed cover. His help was much appreciated along with his pleasant attitude. Thank you so much!!

Never was treated so poorly as was i today

Hope this review is read my many! I will never step foot inside a Lowe’s store ever again! Bought a Kobalt tool box , was not in stock, so had to wait couple days to get it! The part I’m so upset about is how I was clearly given a damaged product, had to fork holes in box from forklift, which was concealed by associate of Lowe’s, at curbside pick up! Nice toolbox

This toolbox seems perfect for what I need it for. It is a nice size - not too big and not too small. I bought the mobile bottom box and this upper box that matches it. I really like the space on top of the box which is perfect for battery chargers. It comes with a built in power strip. The boxes seem very well made, and there was no shipping damage. I looked at a General tool box at Harbor Freight, but I didn't like the plastic strip that keeps the drawers closed. I found it hard to open them, ...

Came Damaged

Nope Lowes just get worst with every order and no one cares. I called customer service and they would not help. said I had to go return to store. Went to store no solutions as they have no stock and everything is shipped from some warehouse. I purchased on a sale price and they wouldnt even do a new order. so just returned got my money back. getting sick of terrible service at LOWES

Very Poor Construction

The construction and alignment of the chest is very poor. There is no damage to the chest, it just was assembled like junk. The top is out of alignment on the left side and sticks up quite a bit making it look like there is something jammed in it preventing it from closing. (There is nothing jammed in it!).
