Damaged
I bought this for mu business, it looked amazing in the ad, plus I have 4 similar from another brand. The help at the store for pick up was lacking, worst part was no help with putting in the car. Once I got it in the biz and opened it, you could see it has been dropped. The corner was chipped, bent and the paint was cracked. Not good for the aesthetics of the biz! I was offered a $25 dollar E card for the trouble, not what I think it was worth, but I guess better than nothing.

I paid for delivery and it took almost 2 weeks. I will never purchase anything there again.

Damaged in box
Bought on sale and it was heavily damaged, with dents and scrapes on three sides. Huge dent made opening top drawer impossible. Returned it and sale was over. Now I have to pay $50 more to get new one. Not happy in the least with this purchase. It was super difficult to pack up and return as it is over 100 lbs.
Fantastic product
Fantastic product. Bought the perfect-fit top from HD. Upgraded the casters with a trip to my local hardware store. Thought the drawers would be clunkier since these technically aren’t soft-close but they are fantastic as-is. Easy assembly, looks great. Kobalt should be making corresponding tops for these - big miss on their part to send customers to another store/brand to complete the look.
I bought this for my office use to add a little fun and still be able to store my papers and files. Love it and the price was good.
