What Customers Are Saying
Customers are divided on this drain snake, with most reporting success when used correctly—running the drill in short forward and reverse bursts at slow to medium RPM while keeping the cable straight. Many praised its ability to clear stubborn kitchen and shower clogs, even 25-foot lines, saving hundreds in plumber fees. However, a substantial portion experienced breakage at the drill attachment point, cracked plastic sheathing, or complete failure after minimal use. Some noted operational challenges like needing two people or difficulty navigating tight turns. Overall, success depends heavily on proper technique and careful handling.

If it's supposed to be used on a drill and I'm using it on the drill why in the world does it not durable enough don't buy it it's junk
Works - if you use it right
This worked for me and broke the clog in a kitchen sink pipe. The key to using this is to run your drill in forward for a minute and an equal amount in reverse, so the snake doesn't get all twisted inside itself. You also need to run it really slow. Most of the work isn't going to be from the drill turning the snake head, it will be from you pushing the snake to the clog and then going back and forth until you punch through. Then, put a bunch of dish soap in the drain and run hot water to contin...
Worked for me
Kitchen sink clog about 21’ feet in, glad i didn’t go for the 15’. Worked fine with drill and did what it was supposed to in plastic pipe. Coils up nice with zip ties for storage.
worked great twice, then broke
I have a drain from my basement laundry room that chronically clogs. This worked great the first two times. The third time, the auger was seized up inside the protective sleeve and the cheap plastic head that attaches to the drill seemed to strip out. Now it's useless.
Only good on plastic pipe.
Didn't last.
