Replacement parts not kept in stock after 7 years.
Parts are not kept longer than 7 years after manufacture. If you expect your oven to last longer than 7 years, this is not the one. Computer chips malfunction and cannot be replaced. Do not recommend.

It has some solid features
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I have owned this range for 2 months now in my new home. I love the stovetop although sometimes some burners can be slow to light. The dual ovens is a great feature but the smaller oven is quite small so not as useful as I had hoped. Both ovens aren’t deep enough to put a pizza box in so that’s not great. Griddle isn’t the best.
I really want to love this range I was excited to use the griddle My first issue is oven doesn’t cook evenly, I have to rotate the pan so the back doesn’t over cook. The griddle mainly heats up in the center, the heat is not evenly distributed. Food gets stuck to it so I don’t use it. I would like to know if I can convert the griddle into burners because I can’t enjoy the griddle. I might love this product more.

10k piece of junk! No replacement parts???????
If I could give this product a -10 I would. This is one expensive piece of JUNK, After 2 years the small sides heating element started making noise and it took a good bit of time to warm up. 6 months later it went completely out. The service person now tells us the they no longer manufacture this heating element and it cant be found anywhere. Customer service has been rude and not helpful. Attention to details and well designed
Have had and used six months and it’s been great. No issues. Love that the power burner can also be the simmer burner! Thoughtfully designed throughout for big features and little details, and easy to keep clean. We found the WiFi hard to set up but we got it done and appreciate the app and temp probe.

It's fine
I've had this range in light blue for two years and use it daily. The color is my favorite part. Overall it works very well, but the rubber "feet" on the burners started coming off soon after we got it. The stainless steel on the front scratches very easily, just clean it carefully. We have a few burners that take a while to start, sometimes we use a lighter to get them going. There are some cracks and crevices that are a bit difficult to clean. It looks beautiful and is overall a great range.

Safety Hazard!!!

BUT very quickly I learned that the knobs turn and let out gas unbeknownst to me when I got too close, while cooking (different burner) or cleaning the stoves. There were several times where I would hear it clicking to ignite while I was hovering over it cleaning. It could have lit my hair in for FOR SURE. Oven issues
I bought this range about 18 months ago. Love the appearance and range top. After about 14 months we put the large oven on self clean and it overheated to the extent of partiality melting the plastic switch for the oven light. Oven no longer works. Have tried numerous times to contact Kitchenaid but unsuccessful. Used the Kitchenaid app, but went to the USA. They contacted me and referred me to one more number at Kitchenaid Canada, but again no answer or response. Overall extremely disappointed ...

Terrible product for the money
Do not buy this range. It has a lot of issues, one being the burners don’t light. Ours clicks for 15 seconds or longer before lighting. The range takes forever to heat a pan, the flames are so tiny. Our large oven works sometimes, the small oven when attempting to light, it lights up the big oven. Overall I’m very disappointed for the price. It looks commercial but is very poor quality.
