Do not buy appliances from Lowe’s.

The stove is still in pieces and not installed. The installation kit was missing parts and the men who delivered said they did not haul off old appliances or install new ones. They ended up taking the old one after I said I paid for that service. I called Lowe’s and spoke to management about the missing parts and no installation. Solid oven but takes some getting used to

The first version of my review was a bit harsh because I was frustrated by the vague and at times contradictory instructions about how to use the oven. Beware Possible Grate Defect. Three Have Cracked!

Buyer Beware. I have had three of the grates crack to far and they are not cheap to replace. They have each cracked in the exact same spot which leads me to believe there is a design flaw or bad production batch. It is out of warranty at just over three years old so KitchenAid refuse to help. I have always had stove with cast grates with decades of use and nothing like this ever happened. Buy at your own risk.

We recently bought a new KitchenAid appliances for our kitchen, and have been thrilled with this range! First, it looks great! Upgrade Heaven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been using for over a month... really nice cooking experience...easy to use, easy to clean. Have not been able to connect to Wi-Fi...a little disappointed. Easy rollout oven shelf still needs adjustment as it moves back in too quickly. Really enjoy the burner adjustment and the burner grates that have removable center ...for wok and other temp adjustments.

Kitchenaid Commercial Stove is a great addition.

The stove not only looks amazing it cooks like a pro. It is taking some getting used to not having the storage drawer for baking sheets on the bottom and the clock and timer on cooktop but the beauty of the stove makes the sacrifice worth it. Even frozen pizza crust tastes better cooked in this oven.

Worst stove and much worst customer service

We bought this stove in April 2024. Multiple issues from the time we bought . 1. The grate cracked in a month 2. The 2 main burners doesn’t light up and keep flickering for atleast 20 to 30 secs and we need to keep trying to light it up . Professional Gas Range with Great Appearance
