Not happy
The interior glass panel shattered on the FIRST USE of the self clean option. Before that happened, I also noticed it takes a VERY long time to pre-heat and the timer notification is EXTREMELY quiet.

You need to read all of this. Ordering was fine. When it arrived I went to pick it up. Well, after waiting for 5 minutes I was told it was here this morning but now they cannot find it. We agreed I would do another errand and Lowes youw call. They did, I returned. They use a lift to put it on my dually, the driver of the lift was not sure how it worked. OK it is on the turck. Got it home. Two day later I installed it. So far so good. The next day we used it for the first time. Hmmmm...

The appliance clerk was very helpful getting the clearance price (about 70% off retail). She said she really knew nothing about the single wall oven except that it was 'on clearance'. Control Panel has failed multiple times
We purchased this wall oven from Lowes in 2017 along with other Kitchenaid appliances for our new construction home. The first time we had an issue with this oven was in July, 2021 while using the oven the error code "Err F2E1 Keyboard Key Stuck" appeared on the control panel. Expect Error Code
Don't waste your money. The oven looks nice and doesn't work. The convection bake system takes as long as the normal bake oven that we replaced with it. The normal bake cycle will take much longer for this oven. Most importantly, the error code F2E1 will appear when moisture gets inside the control panel. This causes the oven to beep and not work. good, a few small cons
Had this for about a month now, we splurged for this after using a very simple electric oven for 20 years and I have to say the convection is really nice. it was really confusing trying to find something that fit in our cut out area which measured 28.5 by 27.75 but this does fit with a little extra room (we have to figure out the best way to shim it up a few centimeters still. Overall, a very good oven...but...

However, given the high-end price, 1. it should have a 'warm' button, and 2. we are disappointed with the unusable self-clean option. At the first time used, it overheated and blew the internal fuse. The repair technician recommended not using it. Therefore, we are required to clean it manually and heat at 450 degrees to burn off any residue.
