buyer be AWARE

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very disappointed in the BLACK stainless It appeared to be the same as my refrigerator but was NOT It looks out of place Very unhappy with my choice since I thought Black stainless was the same finish as my refrigerator which is apparently black enamel or something completely different

Works great until it doesn't

We've had this oven for about 3 years and when it's working normally, it's great. But every now and then it will randomly overheat and then shut down, burning whatever we're cooking in the process. When I say randomly I mean it seems really random - sometimes it'll happen multiple times in one week, and sometimes we'll go 8 months with no issues. Fan broke 1 year after purchase

Don’t but this! We bought one new for our kitchen remodel. Worked well for about a year and then started making a horrible humming noise. The convection fan broke and needed to be replaced. Barely a year old. Horrible quality

Looks Great, works well but....

The microwave in this combo unit has failed twice in 5 years. Of course out of the warranty period. The oven works great but the microwave is a piece of junk. Unit was installed in summer of 2020 and in fact my entire kitchen is outfitted with its products. This combo Range and microwave unit and a gas range/stove unit. Microwave failed after 3 yrs, non-repairable

Purchased this combo unit in 2018. Microwave Magnetron failed and burned hole in wave guide channel rendering unit as non repairable in 2022. What a huge disappointment.

don't waste your money

microwave stopped working a couple of months after the 12 month manufacturer warranty. No one at Whirlpool/Kitchenaid can tell me why 40 year old technology should be breaking down so soon into its life cycle. might as well lite 3k on Fire, this brand is horrible

Poor design for light bulb replacement

Don't buy this unit!! The microwave door has to be pushed firmly to shut completely, otherwise the microwave light stays on. The light is dim, so you might not notice (like me). In a year or so the light bulb burned out. The entire oven/microwave unit needs to be pulled out in order to replace the light bulb! (not a DIY job!). I'm not going to pay several hundred dollars to have a technician come out and replace the light bulb, so now I am using the microwave without a light. Over several year...
