I traveled to pick up my $800 microwave and the box was tore and scuffed up. The box looked like it fell off the truck Had to reorder the microwave Lowes needs to monitor quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'd counter top microwave has performed well. There is plenty of space to heat or cook all sizes of microwaveable dishware. Cooking seems to be evenly applied to food. I like the sound and volume of the timer. I would definitely purchase this item again.
