Lowes’ installation plans = Keystone Cops
Communications between me and my assigned handyman were poor to nonexistent. Lowe’s scheduled installation, initially, for a specific date and time. The handyman did not show. Tried to contact him via the number provided in the Angi app. The number was “inactive.” Contacted Lowes at the number provided in the Lowes app. Both the person answering and his supervisor were unable to provide resolution blaming any confusion on “the system,” which they had no knowledge of. Grrr… Went to another Lowes ...
