Kichler Crosby 5 light chandelier
The light fixture is poorly engineered. The entire fixture cannot be leveled or squared due to the number of connections that affect it. Also, the bases that the shades sit on are not level making the glass shades crooked.
Easy to put together and looks great over our kitchen island.
Nice dining room light
Bought light and matching sconces for dining room and kitchen bar. Look nice. Simple but well made.

Poor build quality
I don't understand how this light has such good reviews. None of the platforms on which the glass globes sit are level so that the globes lean in different directions. I have tried to level the globes with black electrical tape. Also, the entire fixture is unbalanced. If I place a level through the short side, the bubble is all the way to the right. We have done everything we can to fix this, including buying rare earth magnets to add weight to the high side. I want to return the light, but our ...

Kichler Needs To Include Longer Chains
This chandelier is very nice! The only problem I have with it is that Kichler doesn't include longer chains for those of us who have vaulted, 12 foot ceilings.

Not quite what they describe
The description says that is uses medium E26 bulbs. That is not correct. It uses E12 candelabra base bulbs. We bought this Crosby line of lights for our entire remodel becauses we thought we could use Vintage Edison style LED bulbs but that is not the case with this chandelier. My wife and I HATE candelabra style bulbs because they look like the old Christmas light bulbs that we grew up with. Since the fixtures all match, we keep it but now I have to search for another type of bulb with that bas...
