I ordered this Kenmore brand because I always had great appliances with Kenmore, but this range is crap from the start! Back burner doesn't work. Front electronic key back comes on when trying to turn on back burner. It's a mess ! Returning for a refund looked back on line they don't even sell this model no more! Pretty stove though.

WAY TOO CLUTTERED LOOKING
Aesthetically too busy- three huge knobs on the right , two on the left - too many parts on the top to clean- I usually gravitate to the right burner on my old stove but I could not use anything with a handle on it because it is too and dangerous. Totally dislike

Answer
Why do you charge extra (which is an unknown amount) to install a kenmore gas range? No one at store knows the reason or can help. It is not different than any other gas stove, a gas line and a plug. Do you just not want to sell kenmore?
