I needed a ceiling fan with light for a guest bedroom measuring 12.5 x 11 feet, with an 8 foot ceiling. First off, there are quite a few incorrect/vague notes in the product information: "Reversible Blades" is listed as, "No". I wasn't sure if that meant rotation movement or being able to flip each blade to get a different color or pattern. . . The same woodgrain is on both sides, so I chose the side of each blade which had a nicer pattern. This leads us to the next note. Not well designed

At $513.50 my expectations were that this would be a well designed fixture. This fan can only be controlled by the remote control and it is very difficult to get the buttons to work. One must push with maximum force to get it to respond. No instructions were included with the product and it turns out that the fan must be running in order to change the direction. Not intuitive. Further it requires a 1/2' diameter extension rod if one does not want to mount it on the ceiling. This is not mentio...

Great style / Dfficult to Install

We bought 3 of these fans for our home. I absolutley love the dimmable halogen bulbs and the blades and fan speed provide a stronger wind factor than expected! However the fan is a big difficult to install, and all three fans make a clicking sound when on medium and high. Obviously something two elements bumping or rubbing, creating this clicking noise, but we havn't been able to figure it out yet. I needed a smaller fan for my bathroom to match all the oil rubbed bronze fixtures. This fit the bill. It is a beautiful, high end looking fan. Very happy with this purchase.

Well-built, great looking contemporary ceiling fan

My s.o. had some particular ideas for a satin-nickel ceiling fan and was at wit's end trying to find what we had in mind. Beautiful Fan; light kit (tight fit)

This fan is beautiful! Installed less than an hour - HOWEVER we had to call the manufacturer! The bottom cap on the light kit didn't fit. There wasn't enough room to accommodate all the wires, plugs, wattage restricter etc. Called the Kendall Company - GREAT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Jessica took my name & #.
