Retractable hose is really nice!
This is my second Karcher pressure washer. My first one lasted for over a decade. Very happy with this retractable hose. Much easier to set up and put away.

Damaged upon arrival
It took a long time to get here. I waited for curbside and finally had to go in. After spending an hour putting it together, I opened the electrical cord and the box to power on was cracked and prongs were smashed. Never got to use it.

The product itself is good and does what is advertised. My concern is that Karcher discontinued this washer in mid-March and you sold it to me on April 12 without telling me it was discontinued. Not Good

Bought unit to clean patio slab at cabin. It was clearly less powerful than my old gas powered unit. Quite straight forward to assemble. Nice looking unit. More looks than brawn.
