What Customers Are Saying

Customers overwhelmingly praise the reliable flushing performance and modern design, with most expressing high satisfaction. The 1.28 GPF dual flush system effectively clears waste without clogging, and the quiet operation and standard height are frequently highlighted strengths. The sleek appearance complements contemporary bathrooms well. However, many customers express frustration that the toilet arrives without a seat, wax ring, or bolts, adding unexpected costs. Some report receiving units with cracked lids or broken tanks. Despite these drawbacks, most reviewers consider the product a worthwhile purchase for its performance and aesthetics.

Great fit for our bathroom renovation

Would Recommend

Clean, classic design and the 14-inch rough-in was exactly what we needed for our bathroom. The toilet feels solid and well made, and the white finish looks clean and bright. Very happy with the overall quality.

Regretting Purchase - Don't Do It

Would Not Recommend

We regret purchasing this Kohler toilet. We bought it for a complete bathroom renovation, and it was a terrible mistake. We needed a 14-inch rough-in and wanted a lower, standard-height toilet. The flush is terrible—no power at all. The design feels cheap, the flusher feels cheap, and the overall quality and design are poor. I'm done buying Kohler toilets. If we hadn't paid $500 hundred dollars for this, we'd already be replacing it and throwing this one out. It's disappointing, because everythi...

Quality Kohler toilet with good flush

Would Recommend

I like that the Kohler is a quality product. I replaced my 33-year-old toilet and was skeptical about going with a 1.28 gallon toilet, but have been pleasantly surprised. It has a good flush and am very satisfied with the installation.
