What Customers Are Saying

The product generally receives mixed reviews. Many customers are satisfied with its appearance, functionality, and ease of installation. However, a significant number report issues with the durability and quality, such as the spout or nozzle frequently breaking or falling off, even with normal use. Some other problems mentioned include the soap container cracking, the pump mechanism ceasing to work properly, and the finish not matching as expected. The quality and reliability seem inconsistent, with some customers reporting the product lasting well while others experienced problems within a year or two of use.

KOHLER is the Best!

We bought this kitchen sink soap dispenser to replace the one we had. The new one looks great and works very well. .

Good Product/Pickup was a disaster

Would Recommend

I am handicapped and chose curbside pickup. Checked in on line. Waited 20 minutes, no one came out. Called the number and the bot said no product there. - I must have the wrong store. I DID NOT HAVE THE WRONG STORE. Called again and asked for a rep. No one answered. Finally went in to find one person trying to wait on customers, answer phones and find packages. I waited another 15 minutes and she finally found my order. SERIOUSLY? I’m done with Lowe’s.

TERRIBLE

I purchased this product about 13 months ago. Not only did the spout break within the pumper, but also at the end where the hole is for the soap to come out. The tip is sharp and now oozes. For the price, I thought Kohler products would last. Not the case. DO NOT PURCHASE!

Fill the Third Faucet Combo Hole in an Older Home

We originally had a separate sprayer which required 3 holes in our granite when we constructed the house. The soap dispenser is a great way to fill that third hole.
