Do not buy. You will have to fix multiple times.

First one had faulty part causing the whole thing to be inoperable and Kohler replaced the part but not the labor which cost as much as the faucet. Now the valve in the handle is failing causing the handle to stick hard and I'll have to hire a plumber again. Do not buy this is not good quality.

Classic Styling Easy to Maintain

I honestly can't remember when we bought this faucet, but it has been years (maybe 10 years?). Just this year, the faucet handle started to drip/leak which is expected since the valve does wear out over time, especially since we have hard water. Due to the hard water build up, it took a little CLR and elbow grease to do the repair, don't forget to turn off the cold and hot water supplies. 1) remove set screw with allen key, 2) use CLR and hammer with block of wood to tap the handle off the val...

Quality issues

the brass at the base and the pull down faucet doesn't match the main arm, when returning the faucet to the main arm it doesn't retract easily and doesn't seem to say in place that well. the over all quality isn't there and not worth the price.

Kohler brushed nickel is now "vibrant stainless"

Would Recommend

better build quality with more intelligent installation parts than the Moen it replaces. However, the handle is slightly lower than the Moen, so it is a bit too close to the soap dispenser, - so buyers should be aware of this. Should not be an issue on new builds - one can space out the holes more. This is a retrofit, obviously.

Would Recommend

I previously purchased 2 of these for daughter's former homes (over a decade ago). Loved so much I bought 1 for rental redo. Quality has really gone down. Easy to install and better than the cheapest of faucets, but wish I had spent more and purchased another. The pull down sprayer doesn't always stay up either.
