Too much plastic
While attractive the heads are made of plastic. I wonder if they will last. The portable heads feels light and fragile.

It's fine
The water pressure from the main faucet is good. The extension handle is very weak and disappointing. It doesn't get good pressure, and you can never operate it with ONLY the hand held head, so you're always using that head with only half the pressure the other one gets. It also leaks non-stop, and after taking a shower the pipes will drip for 20-30 minutes. So, all in all, it's okay but not great. A bit disappointed
I would provide a 5 star review for this product but the knob that redirects the flow of water to the handheld is difficult to turn. I also did not expect a product with the price point it has to be mostly plastic.

Disappointed, not what I expected.
Disappointed with this shower combo. I was under the impression that the brushed nickel was treated so it wouldn't water spot. That is not true. It spots terribly. The control knob for switching between the two sprayers is very tough to change, especially with wet hands. The low water pressure gives a gentle shower. Wish it was stronger.
