hard to use
looks nice, pressure is good.. but the function of it sucks.. the center knob is hard to turn and the main part spins to easily so you go to turn the center knob to change the function from top to bottom but instead the whole thing spins.. and if you are short like my wife and my client they go to use that center knob to adjust hand held to main head and they cant because the knob is too hard to turn without being able to reach the whole unit to hold it to turn the center..

we couldn't use it and took it down. diverter between regular shower and hand held almost impossible to turn, even with two hands. gpm flow insufficient. too large and ugly looking

It's fine
The water pressure from the main faucet is good. The extension handle is very weak and disappointing. It doesn't get good pressure, and you can never operate it with ONLY the hand held head, so you're always using that head with only half the pressure the other one gets. It also leaks non-stop, and after taking a shower the pipes will drip for 20-30 minutes. So, all in all, it's okay but not great. A bit disappointed
I would provide a 5 star review for this product but the knob that redirects the flow of water to the handheld is difficult to turn. I also did not expect a product with the price point it has to be mostly plastic.
