Really disappointed

I cannot get this to work correctly. The remote will not pair even when I have it sitting on the unit. The buttons on the side of the seat will not work, and I can’t return it since I’ve had it for more than 3 months, and I need it this week to help me with surgical recovery

A very good, full-featured Bidet seat

I have been using a E815 round front bidet seat for a couple of months now and love it! In particular the warm seat and warmed water stream are very comfortable, the remote control is easy to use and has a stick-on wall holder and the whole thing is just generally easy to live with. The air dryer function works well enough but I seldom use it. In addition, I use far less toilet paper now, perhaps two thirds less. We Are So Spoiled!

I got our first Bidet years ago for my wife then hurt my back and it was a lifesaver! I have owned more expensive competitors brands ( that we still have).. Best purchase I ever made

I hesitated buying this fancy toilet seat because I thought it was a frivolous luxury but I went ahead anyway because i was scheduled for back surgery. I am so pleased that I treated myself because having a warm seat and great self-cleaning features has been a game changer. I can’t stop bragging about this wonderful purchase.
