Easy to install and provide a vibrant look to a total renovation. Follow the instructions and these remain in position without any slippage. Easily mounted on right and left sides of a vanity by flipping the base piece

Towel Arm will not stay parallel (no pun intended)
My entire bathroom remodel was done using the Kohler Parallel Collection. All of the pieces were professionally installed. This towel arm, however, is a huge disappointment. It was installed parallel, but quickly started hanging down. We had our contractor come back out and take a look, and he tried to fix it, but it's still hanging down. Now, reading the other reviews, I realize this just how it is with this towel arm. Poor design.

Towel slides off - not parallel!!
I bought this towel arm for my master bath remodel to match the other hardware I bought in this style. The towel arm was professionally installed and unfortunately, does not stay parallel! And it is getting progressively more tilted. While it has the look I was hoping for, it is essentially unusable.

Not Parallel!
My contractor installed this towel bar and despite the perfectly level installation, the towel bar loose where it attaches to the square base and incredibly slanted. I asked if they could straighten it and he said it was a defect--the only way to make the bar level is to make the base slanted. TERRIBLE design and quality. Disappointed in Kohler.

Looks Nice, but won't stay parallel and hand towels always sliding down
Same feedback as the other post - set screw does not stay tight, resulting in the towel bar constantly being crooked and loose. What a disappointment! Feels like it would be better to use a toilet paper holder that holds the bar on both ends.
