I ordered the Caxton rectangular sink based on the great reviews. It came in but had finish pit marks on the sink which looked like gray speckles. I returned it and ordered another one and it had the same issue. I returned it again and this time ordered the Ladena model which came in with no finish issues or defects.

I ordered this online to be delivered. Order two of them for a bathroom remodel in progress. The boxes look pristine when delivered, but when the cabinet people opened them, both boxes of product is broken into small pieces. I have photos of this. When I called Customer Service, they said I have to take it back to my local store. This is unacceptable as I have them delivered to my home, because I have a broken collarbone, and cannot lift.
