Disappointed
Good water flow but I was disappointed to find out that you could only pause the handheld shower, not the overhead stationary one. This means the overhead shower head is always on - very inconvenient when you're just trying to clean the walls of the shower or if you have a broken wrist and you're not supposed to get it wet.

Not the best design
The description did not state that the construction of a large portion of this item is plastic. Metal would have been preferred for long-term durability. Also the knob for adjusting flow between the two shower heads is very difficult to turn, especially with wet and soapy hands. A large lever would have been a more usable design.

Love the product! Minor damage out of the box
I love the design of this product and the magnet is large and strong that secures the removable wand from the base. This seems to be a problem with lower end products but definitely not with the Awaken line. This has so many different ways to arrange the spray and the 2.5 gpm provides a great water flow through both shower heads. The product is mostly built of high quality chromed metal but does have some plastic parts mainly on the shower head. My only disappointment was the product arrived...

KOHLER Customer Service Review
This showerhead was awesome. Until it wasn't. It broke by falling on my head while I was using the detachable head to rinse my hair upside down. The piece was an interior one that had cracked or come apart inside. It was just under 2 years old. Customer service was EXCELLENT. They replaced it that day and it had shipped out to us 2 days later. Even if you get a "lemon" like we did, rest assured that Kohler will make it right.
