I wouldn't purchase this lower again under any circumstances. You can't purchase any compatible parts in stores; all of the parts are for pre-2017 Z355es. You can't buy a bagger even though the product description says "The 22-HP V-Twin John Deere engine has plenty of power and torque for the Z355E to handle tough mulching, mowing, and ***bagging*** conditions" (again because they removed that capability after 2017). It mows alright, but the fact that I can't buy any of the accessories like ...

Biggest piece of crap I ever owned don’t Ben have 30 hours on it and need to replace all the spindles and new pulleys and a new deck belt have had nothing with issues with this product ever since buying it.

This is my first zero turn mower and I don't know how I ever got along without it. I have several properties that I own and maintain. What used to take an entire day of mowing now takes a third of the time. The mower is powerful enough to handle steep grades and is actually fun to operate. Best investment I've made in a long time.

5 Deck Belts and a spindle in a year. Junk!

I have been in Landscaping 35 years and this is the worst piece I have ever had. I bought a worthless 5 year warranty for this piece and the first belt broke when cutting leaves after just having it a month. The John Deere place said this was not warranty because of wear and tear. Well compared to a husky with 1 belt replacement in 10 years I would think that a belt breaking after 1 month has got some issues. Im doing my best to get this piece replaced asap. Terrible mower , the belt breaks every time I mow my yard . I only have 2 acres to mow and there is a pully that malfunctions and breaks the belts . It doesn't perform well either when mowing , but the main problem without a doubt is the pully and belt defects. I don't recommend John deere mowers to anyone. I have switched to kabota and that is the best mower I have ever used .

I like the mower but very disappointed because i cannot get the bagger for it

rust and scratches blades rusted brand new

Scratches at deck and rust underneath blades rusted and battery was dead when arrived

Powerful and easy to use

purchased a few months ago. love this mower. it makes mowing faster and easier.
