Waited a week & they sent a damaged floor model
•I LOVE THIS MOWER! JOHN DEERE GETS A BIG HI-FIVE! IT CHECKS ALL THE BOXES! •The Lowe’s dropped the ball on my personal requests about delivery, so they get a no-five! •I was promised a 4 day delivery of an (I specified) ‘non-floor’ model and after 7 days was delivered a floor model with signage attached all over it, a dead battery & no gas at all! (Thank goodness it was full of oil!) •I was notified delivery was delayed because it had to be assembled…..Hmmmm •Also, there are scrapes to the re...
when picking a riding lawn mower up make sure you bring gas the tractor didn't have enough gas in it to make it from the back of the store to my truck , luckily, I stopped before hand and brought my own gas for it. Spending a lot of money on a tractor and they didn't even put in $5 worth of gas to get it around the building and to my truck. Doesn't show customer appreciation.

Sold me a broken mower.
I purchased this John Deere mower and they never loaded it up because the mower had a broken key hole. Was told they would have a new assembled one for me. Called that next Monday and was told to call Tuesday. Called Tuesday and was told that mower never got assembled. Then was told it would definitely be ready Thursday. Called Thursday and still no assembled mower. Was told various times that my purchased mower would be first to get assembled. They assembled other mowers for display and didn’t ...
