Spreader Great! Instructions were not!
Spreader is great!! Hopefully lasts for years to come. The instructions however very poor. Hard to read, see and navigate. Will take time to put together and two sets of eyes to read assembly instructions will help.

Not good engineering
The spreader was great until is down 3/4 of fertilizer, the last 1/4 the walls are not steep enough to maintain the flow of fertilizer, having to stop and push the fertilizer down every 30 seconds. Not good engineering of the bucket!
Assembly Failed
The assembly of this product failed. The hitch support tubes were not correct due to a stripped nut (or wrong size); the hopper braces and support tubes were put together with a misaligned bolt that would not unscrew and caused the flow plate in the bottom of the hopper to not open at all. This is the second time I have bought this product from Lowes, and I will not buy another. Calling now for a pickup and refund (again).

A great spreader built for ride-ons
Spreader is well built, significantly better than the generic model I returned after one use. Sturdy wheels, large hopper, and this spreader doesn’t jam as easy as other models I’ve used. Can be pulled by a standard ride on or a zero turn. Good, quality product, well worth the extra money. Saves me a ton of time vs pushing a spreader through my two acres.
