This product was installed on my home 12 years ago and looked great at first. I expected it to fade over time and need repainting. However an entire side of the house has warped and cracked. Others in my neighborhood are having similar issues and it was all installed around the same time (by different contractors). I was told by James Hardie that this is not covered by their warranty even though the warranty clearly states it is covered. I am extremely disappointed that this product is fail...

My neighbors windows were melting my vinyl siding on the side of my garage. This Fiber Cement siding was the perfect solution - and the color matched my existing siding perfectly. No more melting!

Great Product

The product is excellent - exactly what I needed as my current vinyl siding was melting due to a neighbor's windows. I only needed one pallet - 25 pieces - and that is what I ordered in the Navajo Beige color. However - several pieces were scuffed already right off the pallet. If I hadn't purchased some matching paint - I would have been furious. Thankfully my carpenter was excellent and made it look great.
