Arrived damaged

Would Not Recommend

Ordered 4 windows of 2 different sizes. When I got them brought up from stock at the store (it was 5 weeks to arrive), 3 of them were plastic wrapped and framed with cardboard. One was not protected and was bent with a cracked glass. I have tried 3 times to get Millwork person to acknowledge my request for replacement and finally gave up after 6 months. $300 down the drain.

High quality product

The framing measurements are accurate but just like other brands, it’s the nailing flange that always may be a little too big or too small for a rough opening. In this case they were slightly larger so a little trimming made them perfect due to the existing stucco. These windows fit perfect and i am very satisfied with them. The construction of them is better than a lot of in stock windows. One tiny gripe…the locking mechanism is plastic, easy fix. Overall, if i knew about these windows and coul...

JUNK

Would Not Recommend

We spent $10k+ on Jeld-Wen windows to replace our existing and for a new edition. Half of the windows came from the factory with quality issues, so we had to wait for replacements. Then they came again with issues - Jeld-Wen replaced the sashes on some... now they are installed and will not open/close correctly. We have been dealing with Jeld-Wen for more than six months and they do not seem at all concerned and have not offered to do anything for us. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT BUY!
