Great windows

These windows look great and open smoothly. One arrived without a screen, which the company is sending out. The window frame is fairly wide, so the actual dimensions of the glass are significantly smaller than the dimensions of the window overall but I am still happy with them.

Great performance, but uneven vinyl corners

I recently installed this JELD-WEN V-4500 vinyl awning window as part of a bathroom renovation, and overall, I am happy with the purchase. Great Value

Impressed with the selection of sizes and the affordable prices for this style of window. Was quoted triple for something slightly larger from a local window guy and chose to go with the largest window from Lowes in this style and I am very happy with the quality.

Screens are on backorder. I haven't received yet.

Plastic was too shiny, very sturdy though. Crank Handle not quite what I was use to.

Outswing awning window

It was the only affordable awning window that fully opened to the outside that I could find and Lowe's had a good price for it.

Excellent option for 24 x 24 window

The window was easy to pick up, install, and functions perfectly.

didn't get what was advertised

When i purchased this window , a "full screen " was included, which of course, it wasn't . Now it's hoop jumping time, I'm sure, since Lowes can't do anything for me. One must not assume that the manufacturer is going to do as promiced. " Sorry for your inconvenience " : not helpful.

Proper packing

I had to return this window immediately because it arrived damaged due to improper packing. It’s disappointing that such an expensive item wasn’t protected with something as simple as plastic wrap. This oversight wasted weeks of my time waiting, only to receive something unusable. My entire project is now on hold because of this mistake. Purchasing from Lowe's was a horrible experience

Purchasing from Lowe's was a horrible experience , on this and my other window purchase, with wait time for delivery, only to find damage, that Lowe's should have caught on their receiving dock, will NEVER buy from Lowe's again, even if I have to travel out of my way to another supplier, going back to local supply house for future sales.
